Your landscape is a major investment and a growing asset. A
beautiful and well-maintained landscape can add as much as 15 to 20
percent to the value of your home. Our landscape maintenance
programs are designed to offer you everything you need to protect
your investment.
1. Spring Cleanup
We provide a very thorough cleanup, including pruning ornamental
trees, shrubs and evergreens (up to 15 feet) for winter damage,
removing weeds and debris from planted beds, turn mulch if present
and edge all beds and trees where adjacent to lawn, hand-rake lawn
area, mow, trim and edge lawn and haul away debris.
2. Weekly Maintenance
Service

visit for a healthier, professional appearance, hand-weed, cultivate
and edge beds to maintain a neat, weed-free appearance, clean off
all hard surfaces and haul away debris.

and debris from lawn areas, clean and edge all planted beds, cut
down all perennials and remove all annual flowers. Mow turf to
minimum height for over-winter protection, clean all hard surfaces
and haul away debris.
4. Shrub & Hedge
Trimming
Select pruning, shaping and dead-heading techniques
performed at the appropriate times throughout the growing season to
encourage proper growth habits and to maintain a neat appearance.
This includes all evergreens, shrubs and ornamental trees (up to 15
feet).
5. Tree Trimming
Corrective pruning performed on all ornamental trees (up to 15 feet)
to improve health and vigor of trees by increasing the amount of
light, air and nutrients that reach their growing parts (winter
service). |
6. Lawn Care
Our
lawn care programs are specifically designed to promote superior
lawn color, density, uniformity and health. In an effort toward
being an environmentally sound company, all applications are done in
granular form, with liquid used only for weed control. Five custom
turf applications are performed as follows:
- Early to
Mid-Spring: Apply slow-release fertilizer with pre-emergent control
for crabgrass and other annual grassy weeds.
- Mid-Spring / Early Summer: Apply a combination of slow- and
quick-release fertilizers. Micro-nutrients are also added to promote
healthy root growth. A pre-emergent weed control and post-emergent
broadleaf control for dandelions and alike are used when necessary.
- Summer: Apply fertilizer and spot spray broadleaf weed control
and apply grub control to keep grubworms from feeding on lawn.
- Late Summer / Early Fall: Apply fertilizer, spot broadleaf weed
control and micro-nutrients to promote healthy root growth.
- Late Fall: Apply slow-release fertilizer to ensure sufficient
nutrients to assist your lawn through harsh winter and early
green-up in spring.
7. Tree & Shrub Care
Your trees and shrubs are the biggest investment in your
landscape. Our program is designed to keep them growing healthy and
pest-free.
- Spring: Deep root
feeding on all specified trees and shrubs. Apply pre-emergent [and
post-emergent] weed control in all beds.
- Early Summer: Spray all shrubs and ornamental trees with
insecticide to deter unwanted pests and apply post-emergent weed
control in beds. Spray all ornamental trees for leaf spot and Applescab disease (optional).
- Summer: Spray all shrubs and ornamental trees with insecticide to
deter unwanted pests and apply post-emergent weed control in beds.
Spray all ornamental trees for leaf spot and Applescab disease
(optional).
- Fall: Deep root feeding for all trees and shrubs.
8. Fall Core
Aeration
Helps reduce thatch level and relieves soil compaction. It
allows air, water and nutrients to reach the root zone, encouraging
roots to grow deeper and stronger.
